Dear Colleagues,

We would like to inform you that the International Scientific Conference "The Black Sea Region at the Crossroads of Civilizations - V" will be held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University on September 25-27, 2026.

The main objective of the conference is to present the results of comprehensive humanitarian research studying the Black Sea region—a historical crossroads where cultures and civilizations meet. The event also aims to encourage interdisciplinary research and deepen academic dialogue surrounding our shared cultural heritage.

Another important goal of the conference is to strengthen the role of Georgia, and specifically Batumi, as an intellectual center within the scientific landscape of the Black Sea region.
